Property Description

The property is located within a small group of houses not far from a small village near Bergerac and surrounded by attractive quiet countryside without being isolated. The back of the property has uninterrupted views on fields and hills. The house was built approximately 27 years ago and has just been refurbished internally to a high standard. It is not only a great home to spend a fantastic relaxing holiday but is also perfectly situated to house hunt. The private swimming pool is at the back of the house, surrounded by a large terrace with a gazebo for shade. The front garden is mature and full of beautiful shrubs and trees and has a lovely pond. However, the pond is not secured and therefore the property is not suitable for children younger than 10.
