This beautiful detached 3 bed luxury villa sits in an enviable position with fabulous view of the Paphos Coast line. Views from the 8x4 Mtr pool are stunning, you can relax on the sun loungers around the pool or simply have a sip of champagne from the covered patio area to take respite from the midday sun, you may prefer to take charge of the ornate BBQ in place for those alfresco evening meals!
A separate external shower room with w/c sits along side the property allowing you to freshen up without having to enter the villa.

Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are on same ground level so great if you have children & also if your guests are elderly as their mobility will not be obstructed.The Master bedroom has a stylish King size bed, hair dryer provided.
Bathrooms: There is a double en-suite shower room off Master bedroom & second bathroom that is fully tiled, towels will be provided. There is also a 3rd external purpose built shower room with w/c at side of pool area.
Kitchen: There is a separate kitchen area which is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy indoor cuisine! Fitted units adorn all you require for your cooking needs, with adequate crockery, cutlery, pans etc.
Living Rooms: The lounge area is fabulous with super 42? flat screen TV/DVD player with Sat Free View TV & full surround sound system, leather sofas offer maximum comfort and walls and internal décor are completed with ornate cornices. Lounge view across pool.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bath & pool towels will be provided, mid week laundry change offered on a 2 week stay.



Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque (extra time is needed for funds to clear if payment is made by cheque) and bank transfer.

Coral Bay Blue Flag beach with its abundance of sun loungers, parasols, water-sports etc is just 5 mins drive away, there are a selection of other local beaches too that you may wish to visit during your stay so a car is recommended if you would like to explore many places of the island.

Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.
There is a championship grade 18 hole, par 71/70 golf course with golf academy, driving range, and clubhouse. Designed by Cabell Robinson, it is spread over 6299m amongst olive and carob trees. It is built on two plateau divided by beautiful ravine with views over Mediterranean sea. It will suit varying abilities from beginners to experts.
There is a 350m double-ended driving range including a 3 hole academy. There are resident PGA qualified golf instructors. The luxurious Clubhouse has a bar and restaurant area with a pro shop.
The Secret Valley Golf Course is a highly prestigious golf course located in the renowned area of ?Petra tou Romiou?, the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love and is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. The course is consistently appearing as the preferred golf course amongst the island?s visiting players in terms of sheer playability & enjoyment.

Skiing
Troodos Mountains.
The villa is situated approximately 2 hours from the Troodos mountains where skiing can be enjoyed in the winter months and walking all year round.

The villa is just a short 10 min walk to Peyia Village Square & all its facilities, restaurants, tavernas, banks, supermarkets, ATM etc whilst being just a very short drive to Coral Bay Beach & other tourist attractions on offer.
