Living/Dining room and all bedrooms have the benefit of Air-Conditioning units for the Summer months, the units also provides Heating for the occasional cooler months, all rooms have Ceiling Fans. A large patio area with pergola overlooks the private 8m x 4m pool, and is equipped with a Parasol and ample sun loungers etc. A traditional stone BBQ is also provided.
SKY satellite TV is now installed showing all popular channels ie BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, BBC News, CBBC, ITV1, ITV+1, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky News and many more

Area Description

Villa Arcadia is just a 10 minute stroll from the centre of the lovely traditional hillside village of Tala, which has several Tavernas and grocers shops all with a 'local feel'. Tala is a prestigious residential area which has the great benefit of cooler, less humid air during the hot summer months. Due to its elevated position there are spectacular views down to the coastline around Paphos and Coral Bay. A 15 minute drive will take you to Kato Paphos which is steeped in history, here you will find the pretty harbour, medieval fort, restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife. Paphos is listed as a World Heritage Site with Third Century mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings. From Tala you can easily drive to the Akamas Peninsular, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines. For those interested in Golf then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole Golf Course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive.
