This 5* luxury villa is beautifully presented with a private garden and pool on double sized corner plot and is arranged as follows: Ground floor has a spacious open plan lounge area, 42" TV with English Channels & DVD player, ipod docking station, mobile phone, internet access available, marble fireplace, stylish Italian glass dining table with leather chairs, superb lounge, fully equipped Italian fitted kitchen,with all white goods, glass wear, water chiller, cool box. There is also a seperate office area for those who still need to work a little whilst away with Internet facility.

Open plan 1 level living/dining area downstairs, sliding patio doors leading to pool, covered terrace and garden, internal stairway leading to all 3 bedrooms on upper level.

Outside
Outdoors there is off road parking for 2 cars, private, fully fenced & secure garden, Large chimney BBQ, 6 garden chairs, sun loungers, 2 x parasols, swinging hammock, a large 10x5mtr private pool with Roman steps for easy access & pool side shower with South East facing aspect provides all day sunshine! An ideal location for an unforgettable relaxing holiday!

Heating and air-conditioning units are placed in every room for maximum comfort. Central heating in all rooms for Winter bookings.

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact me so I can inform you of rates and availability. To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit immediately when making the booking and a refundable security deposit of £200GB pounds is payable on your final balance. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

Area Description

This villa is located in Mandria village, 10 mins from Paphos International Airport, 13 mins drive to Paphos town with shops, bars, restaurants, banks, entertainment and places of interest.The village boasts a super selection of traditional restaurants/tavernas for enjoying typical Cypriot cuisine. The traditional character of the village combined with the genuine hospitality and friendliness of the local people always ensures a warm welcome to their visitors. Mandria bay is within walking distance to view beautiful coastline.

Coast/Beach
Mandria bay is only 10 mins walk from the villa and following the coast road other beaches offering water sports are only a short drive away. Paphos water park is a super day out for all the family just 10 minutes drive away.

Golf
Prestigious Aphrodite Golf Course (5 mins away) and Secret Valley Golf Course are on the doorstep offering super golfing and club house facilities etc. New Nick Faldo Golf Course now open in Yeroskipou which is a 6 minute drive away.

Skiing
Skiing is available at Troodos Mountains about 1 hours drive away. Beautiful scenic route with super villages on the way.

Travel
The port of Limassol is only 30 mins drive from Mandria motorway link offering super shops/restaurants and sea front walking. Paphos airport is only 10 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended to visit all that Paphos has to offer and more!
