A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.
A £250 refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages. This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Local Activities
The villa is located in the Profitis Elias area of Protaras and a 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay. The beautiful Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute drive. Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 3 large supermarkets as well as many other shops, cafes, and tavernas.
