Detached, luxurious, home-from-home holiday villa with a pool with a built-in jacuzzi in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous, extremely popular Fig Tree Bay is half a minute's walk away. This villa is also close to the Capo Bay Hotel, a popular wedding venue.

This cosy villa is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Sleeping up to eight people, the villa is ideally suited for families.

* 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, including one attic bedroom - not really suitable for elderly guests due to steep stairs) and 1 twin bedroom, 3 of which have wonderful sea views * a cosy living room with three-piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and 24-hour unlimited wireless broadband Internet access for a nominal charge of 25 euros per week * dining area with table and seating for six * sitting room with rattan furniture and sofa bed with a fabulous sea view

Building work commenced near the villa in October 2008. We have therefore reduced our prices by at least 30% for all bookings which might be affected by this. Disruption to 2009 bookings will be minimal though because by 1 April 2009, the project will be into its 7th month so most of the noisy work will have been completed by then. The work will last until July 2009.
