Property Description

Villa Maruka is a traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century which we renovated into a comfortable villa for 6 to 7 persons. The villa is located in the old centre of the village Mirca, some 800 meters away from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, a swimming pool in the forecourt and a sundeck with a sea view.

Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are to be used as a guide only.

Prices are per day, for rent of the whole villa, max 8 persons (incl. children). In July and August minimum stay is one week, arrival/departure on Saturdays. Other months we accept all bookings, with arrival/departure any day. Thus for less than 4 days stay (3 nights and less) we charge 30% supplement. Security deposit is 300€ and it is collected at the arrival. The amount is returned at check out, after the inspection of the villa.

Local Activities

Hiking, biking, scuba diving, wind surfing, fishing, boat excursions, renting a speed boat, summer cultural events etc. or just a relaxing aroma massage at the villa.
