Property Description

The villa has a view across the water to the Jolly Harbour island and the main channel to the marina, where the boats coming and going can be seen with the picturesque 'Sleeping Indian' hills as a backdrop. Jolly Harbour?s South Beach, with its golden sands and clear turquoise waters is a leisurely 4 minute walk away.

Villa 227E has a wonderful, spacious, open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas stove and other mod cons. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and doors leading onto a lovely waterfront balcony complete with sun awning. The second bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and generous storage space.

There are large patio doors leading out from this living space, onto a fabulous, partially covered, waterfront terrace, along with an extended decking area complete with a finger pier in order to moor a 40ft boat..

The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the basin and with fine views to the north of the picturesque 'Sleeping Indian'. Both bedrooms have en suite facilities, built in and free standing furniture, ceiling and free-standing fans, and air conditioning. All linen is provided. A hair dryer is available in the master bedroom. Folding bed and cot are available by request.


The villa is north facing which has the great advantage of giving sufficient shade to allow outside seating and dining, while the extended deck has plenty of space for sunbathing. The villa is semi-detached and has the additional privacy, and takes advantage of the cooling easterly trade winds. The villa has full air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Wheelchair accessible on the ground floor only. A marina with full boatyard services, bars, restaurants and cafe's, tennis courts, communal swimming pool and an 18 hole golf course are all on site. A well stock supermarket is located within a 10 minute walk. Car and golf carts are available for hire; sightseeing trips throughout the island can all be booked; ATM's and banking facilities are all available at the commercial centre. An onsite manager will show you around the villa on your arrival, and will arrange transportation from and too the airport if you require this service.
