Property Description

Located 200m from the quiet and tranquil North Beach this property offers a peaceful location but with the benefits of the Jolly Harbour Marina including water sports, golf course and swimming pool as well as restaurants and a comprehensive supermarket. The site is 500 acres with the transport around the site mainly being by golf cart.
The villa has recently been refurbished with a new fully equipped open plan kitchen, large lounge/dining area with cable TV which opens out onto a large terrace. Which has loungers, outside furniture and a private boat mooring and also benefits from views towards the hills and sea. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom and the property benefits from a washing machine and dishwasher.Upstairs there are two en suite bedrooms with the master bedroom opening up onto the upstairs terrace with uninterrupted views across the bay. The second bedroom has two queen size beds .
The property benefits from ceiling fans and AC.
Outside there is parking for one car/golf cart

The main bedroom has a large balcony with table and chairs which provides a relaxing place to enjoy a meal or just a place to sit and enjoy the delightful view across North Beach. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and benefit from ceiling fans and air conditioning. The villa could sleep 6 but it would require the extra 2 guests to share the beds in the second bedroom.


The villa is located near North Beach which is a 30 minute walk from the centre of Jolly Harbour. It is recommended that a golf cart is hired to get around the site for convenience and fun!. We are happy to arrange the hire of a golf cart for your stay if required. We also offer some baby equipment.

?If you wish to book the villa there is a 50% non refundable deposit with full payment required within 10 weeks of arrival.

We use a property manager so once you have confirmed that you wish to book the villa we will let her know and she will look after your booking. If you have any requirements on arrival or during your stay then she will be happy to help.

The property manager will also require when you sign the booking form a security deposit of $500.

The villa is located within the 500 acre gated community at Jolly Harbour which is located on the Western coast of Antigua. The resort has two sandy beaches, the long South Beach with it's beach bar and watersports and the small quIet North Beach. Jolly Harbour is the home of the Carribean's largest Marina with the villa having it's own private mooring. Facilities at Jolly Harbour include an 18 hole golf course, water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Within the resort there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a comprehensive supermarket and banking facilities. Jolly harbour offers a great location to visit the rest of the 365 beaches on the island by car, bus or boat. With many excursions available from the resort as well as the opportunity to charter boats.
