Property Description

Situated in the popular area of Los Mojones, this spacious villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The resort of Puerto del Carmen with its excellent variety of restaurants, shops and bars is approximately 20 minutes walk. Los Mojones is perfectly situated to make the most of the resorts new town, with its long sandy beach or old town, with the traditional old harbour and good selection of fish restaurants. The villa has 5 bedrooms and comprises:

Area Description

Puerto del Carmen is the busiest resort on the island with a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The transfer time from the airport is aproximately 10 minutes. Puerto del Carmen started life as a fishing village and has now grown to be approximately 3klm long stretching from the old town to Matagorda which is closer to the airport. There are 4 areas which are refered to as the old town, new town, Los Pocillos and Matagorda. The old town and new town are busier and hillier where as Los Pocillos and Matagorda are flatter and quieter. The beaches are sandy, there is a small cove in the old town area called Playa Chica and the rest of the beaches are larger separated by smaller rocky areas. Sunbeds and parasols are provided for a charge on the larger beaches and showers can be found in some areas. Shops are duty free and there are plenty of souvenir shops, shops selling electrical goods and clothes shops. A commercial shopping centre can also be found near to the old town.
