Property Description

Our peaceful and private 4 Bedroom ,3 bathroom (inc 2 jacuzzi baths) villa sleeps up to 11 persons and boasts sky TV , Wi-Fi and its own private heated swimming pool that overlooks spectacular sea and mountain views and is situated only a 5 minute(15 min walk) drive from Playa Blanca town centre/marina and the blue flag award winning beach.
The master bedroom has an en-suite (Jacuzzi bath) and its own private access directly to the terrace/ pool,ideal for a romantic mid-night swim,without interrupting other guests.
In addition to the dining room there is a furnished external dining area,complete with a purpose built BBQ which makes it perfect for dining Al-fresco.
The pool area is furnished with comfortable sun beds and an awning in order to create a shaded area to cool off .
There is off street parking for 3 cars and an enclosed area ideal for the children to play ball games.
A taxi rank is only a 5 walk(400M) away for non drivers and the property/pool is managed locally by English residents,who are hand to assist you with any problems.
We originally lived in the villa so it has been furnished to a very high standard and has every amenities that you will need.
All bedding/towels are supplied and plenty of beach towels are on site.

3 bedrooms all have double beds with sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of families, the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and has been designed specifically with children in mind.
bedroom number two is very large and also has a double sofa bed and is still big enough for 4 persons to share without .

Terrace area with purpose built BBQ .External Dining furniture and poolside sun loungers are supplied. Very private and spectacular views.The end of the driveway is enclosed and acts as the perfect place for children to enjoy ball games.

RENTAL CHARGES
All our prices are based on upto 6 persons sharing but we charge an additional £25 per guest therafter,
We require a 20% booking fee payable 120 days in advance to secure your booking.
Cancellations are only refunded if we are able to let your designated booking

Area Description

The villa is located in the peaceful area of Los Altos which is only a 5 min drive from Playa Blanca town centre and blue flagged awarded beach. Where you will find many shops and excellent restaurants and a beautiful marina.
There are many ideal food take away for those who cant be bothered to cook and like to retire early
The national park is only 20 minutes away and you find many tourist attractions ie zoo, water park all within an hours drive.




The Playa Blanca / Los Altos de Montana Roja area
Playa Blanca is a very friendly family orientated town with the friendliest and accommodating people you could meet , The town boasts its award winning beaches and beautiful marina,where you can easily spend a whole day strolling its coastline and shopping in total comfort.
There are many beach side restaurants for all taste buds(fish, steak,Chinese,burger bars etc)which all cater for children and there are also plenty of adult restaurants for those who wish to be romantic.
The local wine is very cheap and very tasty and there is plenty of family run bars that welcome children.
There are plenty of local hotels that lay on evening entertainment and non residents are welcome to enjoy these free of charge. There is plenty for everyone of all ages in Playa Blanca
