Property Description
The villa features 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dining room/living room combination, with Air conditioning/heating in the master bedroom and lounge. With a fully furnished terrace, roof terrace with wonderful views of Playa Blanca and even a private swimming pool. Satellite TV and a DVD player make things cosy for those nights when you want to curl up indoors. There is also a free internet connection so you can stay in touch.
The island of Lanzarote, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, is home to over 500 species of flora and fauna, some of them unique to the island. Its strange lava-covered landscapes tell the story of the island?s origin as a by-product of volcanic eruption. The many theme parks and museums will keep your family busy and happy, but you?ll probably have the most fun just lounging on that beautiful golden sand.
The swimming pool is 8mtrs X 4 mtrs in size, rectangular in shape with a step ladder and is electrically heated during the winter months.

Area Description
Playa Blanca originated as a fishing village. It has grown steadily over the years and now dominates the south coast of the island. The beaches are smaller than Puerto del Carmens but the sand is fine and white. The national park of Papagayo which boasts 5 sandy coves is close by . These are some of the best beaches in Europe. There is a small shopping centre where you can find your duty free shopping and there are also a good selection of fish restaurants. The ferry port has a regular ferry service to the nearby island of Fuerteventura where there is a water park and sand dunes. The resort also has its own marina with a good selection of restaurants. Markets are held here twice a week
