Property Description

Bathrooms: 2 large walk in showers with body jets etc. Both have toilets and sinks.
Kitchen: Wonderful fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. 4 slice toaster, food mixer/blender kettle, full equipped with everything, fantastic views of pool area.
Utility Room: Huge utility/storage room separate to house in garden - this houses a washing machine, pool floats etc.
Living Rooms: Large light lounge/dining area. 2 leather sofas, oak dining table, 6 leather chairs, 42in lcd tv/dvd and Sky box (please bring own card for full package). Air-con and ceiling fans. Patio doors leading to covered pergola.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All linen and towels provided these will all be changed mid-stay pool towels are also provided for the duration of your stay.
Internet access and air-conditioning to ground floor area fans provided in all bedroom areas 2 hairdryers provided. An ipod speaker/charger is available Wi-Fi internet access (please bring own laptop) highchair, cot and buggy can also be provided at no extra cost.

Accessibility
the downstairs has 2 bedrooms , kitchen and bathroom with lounge and dining area and would therefore be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties

Private heated pool. wonderful brick built bbq and covered dining area, massive terraces with astro turfed area umbrellas for shade, covered seating area along with outdoor pool table, table tennis table pool approx 8x5.5.meters with incorporated child area, separate utility room housing washing machine and football table.

Notes on prices
Prices are for 4 persons per week sharing except where rate is shown at £1250 pw (this is a flat rate regardless of no of persons). additional persons are £65pppw up to 8 people . A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable upon booking and balance is due 10 weeks before departure. There is a security deposit of £200 this can be sent in the form of a holding cheque that will be returned on inspection at departure. I would prefer payment made direct to my Spanish account.

About the owner
We live in England and have 5 children under 17. We love holidaying especially in Playa Blanca Lanzarote and have been coming to Lanzarote for 30 years. we want people to come to our villas and have all the comforts they would have at home.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We already own 2 villas in Lanzarote this makes our third this villa is attached to one of our others with an adjoining door in the garden meaning they can together cater for parties of 16 people. The villas are only a 15 min walk to town and town beach but are set in a peaceful; location.

Unique benefits of the property
Ease of access to the whole of Playa Blanca and lots of extra luxuries such as pool, table tennis, table football and we have tried to think of every thing.
