Property Description

Villa Caroline is a wonderful detached private villa which has its own private heated swimming pool. It is located close to wonderful beaches, and is near the center of Corralejo with all of its superb restaurants and night life. Villa Caroline has 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite facilities.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and guests can enjoy the villas own 6 seater jacuzzi. There is a lovely Bar and Restaurant on site, together with a Gym, Sauna, Steam Room and Spa. For those who enjoy Golf there is a 9 Hole course just a 5 minute walk away and an 18 Hole course within a 25 min drive. The Baku water park complex is a 2 min drive away and here you will also enjoy Ten Pin bowling, Mini Golf and an adventure park.

Villa Caroline is a Bungalow with a flat roof terrace.
Around the private heated pool area there are ample loungers and seating areas and is a great place to enjoy breakfast and lunch.
On the roof terrace there is a BBQ and again plenty of sun loungers, together with a pergola and seating area. You can also enjoy your own private 6 seater jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and en-suite facilities.
Each bedroom has its own fitted wardrobes and the master also has a safe for passports etc.

All Bedrooms have their own private Shower, WC, Bidet, Wash Basin and Fitted wardrobes

The Kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full complement of kitchenware. There is an iron and ironing board.

There is a fully furnished Dining room with table and 6 chairs.
The Lounge has a Satellite TV system with more than 100 english speaking channels. There is also a DVD and an iPod docking station.

Towels for the Villa as well as the Pool/Beaches are provided.
Towels and Linen are changed on a weekly basis, but can be done as often as required for a small charge, payable to our agents whilst there.

Area Description

Once just a tiny fishing village on the north coast of Fuerteventura, Corralejo's harbour now receives ferries full of day-trippers from Playa Blanca in Lanzarote every day and the town plays host to hundreds of visitors who are drawn to spend a sunny, sandy holiday in the island's tourist Mecca. Although tourism is booming and development is keeping pace, the little port still retains its charm. The waterfront promenade flanking the small, sheltered town beach boasts numerous restaurants and cafes, most in converted historic houses.

The nearest wonderful beaches to Villa Caroline are just a 2 to 3 minute drive away. The town beaches are ideal for younger members of the family and are surrounded by places to eat and drink. The beaches on the edge of town are great for Surfing and swimming.

Fuerteventura airport is a 30 minute drive from the villa and
the harbour of Corralejo is a 5 minute drive away, and here you can get the boat to Lanzarote if you wish to explore a different island.

Corralejo is really 2 towns in 1. The old part of town is full of wonderful restaurants and bars, many with superb views to Lanzarote and Lobos island. The new part of town is where again you will find plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. This is also the area where most of Corralejos entertainment goes on.

Corralejo enjoys a wealth of things to do and the town has some fine shops and supermarkets. There are plenty of things for all the family including, Shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Water parks, Ten pin bowling, Amusement arcades, Bingo, Mini golf, Zoos and Theme parks.

Fuerteventura has many events and celebrations throughout the year, one of the most notable is the Fiesta del Carmen which will takes place on the 16th July - you'll see a parade of multi coloured boats, dancing and maybe even the "crowning of the fiesta queen"!
