Property Description

The accommodation comprises, of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom, spacious lounge dining room with Satellite TV which subject to reception will received Sky News, BBC World, Playhouse Disney, Sports Channel, Bubble Hits - Music Channel, Zone Romantica - Tv Series, Film Channel (all in English) as well as Spanish TVE1,Canal 6,ANTENA 3,TELE5 and Italian RAI1, RAI2. There is also a DVD player and a Music System, and an American style fitted kitchen. Stairs lead down to a second bathroom with Jacuzzi and a games room with billiard table, bar and two sofa beds. The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout. Portable air conditioning units are available to hire along with many other items to make your stay a relaxing one.

Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large covered terrace. Extensive sun terraces surround a 7m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps. Pool Heating will be available from Nov08. There are also sun loungers, patio furniture and a BBQ are provided. The villa has mature gardens with lawns and distant sea views. (As with all property in Caleta de Fuste, due to the location, some aircraft noise may be experienced dependant wind direction)
