Property Description

This beautiful privately owned villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and features an open plan lounge/dining area which is cool, comfortable and ideal for relaxing in the evening or when you just want a rest from the sunshine. Entertainment is catered for with a 28in satellite TV/DVD, Sony hifi system and Sony PlayStation 2. Patio doors lead directly onto a large sun terrace which overlooks the fabulous 8x4m private swimming pool. The terrace is provided with sun loungers and a patio table and chairs together with a barbeque area, making this ideal for al fresco dining. From the side of the property steps lead up to the large roof terrace which is a fabulous sun-trap and a sun-worshippers dream. It also benefits from beautiful views to the sea, golf course and mountains.
All bed linen and towels are provided. However, please note that you will need to bring your own beach towels for use on the sun loungers and outdoors. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. A full UK TV service is also available in the villa with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch.4, and Ch.5 so you need never miss your favourite soaps. Our representatives are resident on the Golf Complex ensuring that you have a perfect holiday and are available to answer queries and make sure that any problems are dealt with immediately. They are also a font of local knowledge and can offer advice on everything from local excursions to the best restaurants on the island.

For additional group members please add £50/person/week.
PEAK SEASON (except Christmas/New Year) the villa is charged at a flat rate of £950/week for full occupancy.
Please note that if pool heating is required (other than by means of the solar cover) an additional charge of £50/week is payable.
A £150 refundable deposit against damages is payable with the balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be returned on your arrival back in the UK once the property has been inspected.
Other services can be provided on request e.g. grocery welcome pack, barbecue packs, cot and high chair hire, etc.

Area Description

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands. However, it is the least developed of the four major islands and lacks the mass tourism associated with the other islands. With 265 kms of coastline it is home to arguably the best beaches in Europe. The island basks in comfortable all year round sunshine, enjoying an annual average temperature of 25 centigrade. The resort of Caleta de Fuste is located on the east side of the island, its central location making it the ideal base for exploring. It has a horse-shoe shaped bay with a sandy beach and shallow water making it ideal for families. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops as well as fun areas for small children. At the entrance to the golf course complex within 15 minutes walk of the villa is situated a new Commercial Centre with restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket. There is also a bowling alley and multi-lingual cinema. A small sheltered lagoon beach area with sunbeds is also located here. Fuerteventura Golf Club is an 18 hole golf paradise, with lush fairways, swaying palm trees and challenging water hazards, and all only 5 minutes walk from your front door. It is a par 71 course extending 6124 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. It was also host to the 2004 Spanish Open. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty, its main difficulties are generally associated with the breeze and its many lakes, connected by small brooks and channels, which can sometimes come into the game. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a players skill. The designer has balanced the number of difficult holes with the number of easier ones which some players can complete below par. The course, which is superbly appointed and maintained, will present a challenge to the most serious golfer as well as an ideal place to improve your game if you are less experienced. There is a 50 bay driving range and extensive practice putting/chipping facilities. The exclusive five star hotel and clubhouse will welcome you to relax with a refreshing drink after your game. A selection of restaurants provides meals from snacks to fine dining. Currently, guest fees are 55 euros for 18 holes and clubs, buggies, etc are available to hire at the club house.
