Property Description

The villa consists of 1 master bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with spacious lounge and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and a seperate utility area to cater for all your needs. The large roof top terrace with summer house offers a great view of the 5 star palace hotel and the sea.

The golden beaches and Atlantico shopping centre are walking distance from the villa. A courtsey bus service from the Hotel every half hour to Caleta de Fuste (3 mins) that benefits from vast number of excellent Resturants and Bars, variety of shops and a supermarket. For the kids, Mc Donald is 2 mins on the same road as the villa.

Playing golf, Island hopping to Lanzarote for shopping, water parks for the kids, browsing through local markets for bargains, sand buggy safari or just chilling on the golden beaches provides many options for all.

The Interior benefits from all modern comforts, with Sat. TV, DVD Player with selected DVD's, Arcade Game consol and other games for the kids in the lounge and spacious dining area. The kitchen has all the facilities if you decide to have a home cooked meal. All the bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes, complete with bedding, pillows and bed throws. A beautiful large family bathroom provides the right atmosphere to relax and enjoy. Bathroom towels provided.

Three pin adaptors with phone multicharger that takes the worry away from having to carry your charger.

A mid-week clean can be arranged at an extra cost.

Further details outdoors:
The villa benefits from self irrigation gardens that provides therapeutic greenery and lots of areas to relax in the sun, and in the shade should you wish. The 5 Seater Jacuzzi is only a few steps away from the pool, allowing you to relax further in the sun, or as the sun sets. Enjoy the fresh air, and dine outside using our BBQ, and dining area under the pergola.

Why not spend the evening on the terrace, which benefits from a summer house with a table and chairs or during the day, get the cool breeze under the shade.

Outside there are eight sun loungers by the pool, along with other seating areas in and out of the sun.

Private pool is heated during the winter months, and for an extra cost can be heated during the summer if you wish.


Further details
We have an English speaking representative, who will visit you the day of your arrival, to welcome you to our villa and the island. He will go through any necessary information for the villa, and of course give you any advice on places to go, should you wish to venture further a field.

The villa can be refreshed midweek, along with a change of towels at extra cost. The bedding is only changed where stays are greater than 7 days.

The pool and jacuzzi are also both cleaned once a week.

We provide all linen and towels, but ask you to bring your own beach/swim towels.


We operate a no smoking policy within the villa at all times, but we do have a designated smoking area upon the roof terrace.

We require a 15% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you make a late booking within 6 weeks of arrival, then full amount must be paid.

We also take a £200 breakages deposit, which will be returned to you 10 days after your departure after our checks have been completed.

Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am on the day of departure. This is to ensure bedding change and clean up is complete before the next guests arrive. We can accommodate baggage at the villa for early arrivals.

Please inform us of your flight details and arrival time to ensure the representative is at the villa to meet and greet.

Area Description

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is the second largest canary island, the least populated and closest to the African continent. Mile upon mile of soft white sands, never-ending sunshine and cool breezes across turqiose blue seas making the island a perfect playground for sun-worshippers and water sports fans alike. Average temperature between 20°C to 25°C throughout the year, similar to Florida!

Corralejo, once a quite fishing village, is now a popular resort with sand dunes and long sandy beaches. Enjoy the laid back cafes and bars in the Old Town with the sound of Spanish guitar.



The Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area
Caleta de Fuste, also known as Castillo, is a relaxing and cosmopolitan resort where most of the activity is centred around the harbour and the horseshoe shaped sweep of golden sand beach. A very family orientated atmosphere with kids and parents alike, out and about into the late evening, dining in relaxed and laid back resturantes and cafes.

The town has grown into a major tourist town on the Island with two golf courses, a major shopping centre with numerous shops, bars, cafes,multi-screen cinama (in Spanish) and ten pin bowling.

You are never short of things to do in Caleta de Fuste with all the usual watersports available as well as boat trips, diving,and even a submarine offering undersea excursions.

The nightlife is pretty varied too with plenty of bars offering all kinds of entertainment from live music to karaoke and a wide variety of restaurants including Chinese, Italian and authentic Spanish.

Because of Caleta de Fuste's central location it's easy to explore the rest of the island if you hire a car.

There are many UK airlines that fly into Fuerteventura, including Thomson, Thomas Cook, Monarch, Easyjet & Ryanair. These also fly from most UK airports, and flight days tend to be Wednesdays & Saturdays, however during the higher seasons, there are flights on other days.

You can also use the option of flying to Lanzarote and then taking the ferry from there to Corralejo and travel down to Caleta de Fuste.

Hertz & Cicar both have offices at the airport should you wish to hire a car. Airport collection and drop-off can be arranged with pre-booked hire and in peak season we recommend pre-booking

Our villa is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Take the FV2 (south) road from the airport and continue on this road till you get to Sheraton Hotel / Atlantico Shopping Centre on your left. At the roundabout, take the right (1st exit) near Mc Donalds and than left at the next roundabout, passing behind Mc Donalds. The villa is 2min drive from here.

Taxis and buses also operate from the airport and a taxi should cost around 15 euros.
