Property Description
Large 3 bedroom villa which sleeps 10 + a cot, in a quiet village called Konare, about 15 minutes drive from coastal town of Kavarna. There are two small shops in the nearby village of Vasilevo, which can supply basic needs. Nearby Kavarna has a host of supermarkets, and wide range of shops, restaurants and bars.
The Villa itself has very spacious accomodation. Downstairs comprises a large open plan living/Dining/ Kitchen area. This includes a sofa (which folds out to form a sofa bed to sleep 2) and a dining room table with 8 chairs. There is also a highchair fo use. There is a newly fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, and most things you would need for your stay. Also downstairs are Bedroom one which has a double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom two which has 4 single beds and a wardrobe. Also downstairs is a Shower room with wc and basin, along with a second WC room with basin.
A spiral staircase then leads to the upstairs accomodation which comprises a huge third bedroom with a double bed, a cot and a wardrobe. There is also an ensuite with a bath, shower, wc and basin.
The accomodation does not have air conditioning, but does have 3 large floor standing fans. We have found these more than adequate, as the evenings can cool down in Bulgaria.
The total living area is approximately 140m2.
The garden and pool area comprises a wonderful 8m x 4m pool, which has a very handy childrens shallow pool on one end. The pool has lights for the evening. The pool is currently available for use in June, July and August. During this time it will be maintained on a regular basis by others. There is a large garden area of over 250m2, which is entirely enclosed by a secure wall and gates. The property is accessed via secure locked gates and a further wall, for added security. There is parking for numerous cars. This property can sleep 10 more than comfortably, and has a cot in the upstairs bedroom. All furniture is was bought new for the house in July 2007. We have found it ideal for two families holidaying together.
We would recommend a car be used with this property. We have names of car rental firms that we have used if required.
The property is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.

Varna and Airport 1 hour.
Kavarna (beach and town) 15 minutes.
Balchik 35 minutes.
Dobrich 30 minutes
Shabla (beautiful natural beach!)40 minutes.
Albena (beach resort) 45 minutes.
There are numerous golf courses all within 20 to 30 minutes drive from the property. These include Black Sea Rama, Thracian Cliffs and Lighthouse
Living Area:
Ground floor has a large open plan living/dining/ kitchen area. Bedroom one and two. Shower room with wc and basin. A Second WC room with basin. Spiral staircase to huge bedroom three with double bed and cot, and ensuite with bath, shower, wc & basin.
Kitchen Facilities:
New modern kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob. Kettle, toaster and everything else you should need!
Outside:
Large secure garden (over 250m2), enclosed by wall and gates. Pool 8m x 4m, with semi circular shallow childrens pool. Large Veranda which is in shade all day long.
