Property Description

Lovely three bedroom property set in a beautiful part of Menorca. Property compromises of Living area, Modern American style kitchen, three bedrooms and two terraces- there is also a green area to the side of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with a washer and tumble dryer as well as all basic appliances. The master bedroom comprises of a double bed, large wardrobe, dressing table, 2 bedside tables, hair dryer and straighteners- this rooms also contains a safe. Furthering this are two other bedrooms containing 2 single beds in each room, large wardrobes and bedside tables. Each room also contains electric fans, heaters and extra blankets. The two terraces are to the rear of the property overlooking the pool (the pool is strictly guests only). The larger of the two terrace is equipped with a Morrocan Barbecue.

The property also has parking space available for three cars.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your partner - we had a fantastic time at the villa. It's a gorgeous house in an excellent location with beautiful sea, scenery and great places to eat just nearby (as i'm sure you know!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and I'm quite happy for you to quote me on this! (why not put it on your website as a "testimonial" - it'd be a great advert!).

Area Description

Cala Blanca is a relaxing and tranquil resort, sporting bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The villa is a minute's walk away from the sizeable local beach. There are plenty of activities to enjoy including hiking, horse riding and water sports. There have also been some caves discovered quite recently that will be made open to the public soon and ancient burial tombs for those interested in history. Cala Blanca is also approximately five minutes away from the historical town of Cuitadella which houses a centuries old Cathedral and a multitude of bars and restaurants, many situated on the beautiful fishing port.
