Two bathrooms
Sea Views
Very private pool in mature gardens
Three minutes walk from Binibeca beach
Roof Terrace with uninterrupted views
Separate dining room
Villa Paraiso is a lovely traditional Menorcan villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very private garden. One of the bedrooms is double and two have twin beds. There is a comfy sitting room with doors onto the patio and a separate dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave. There is a washing machine.
The pool area is on a raised terrace, gated for safety, at the rear of the villa and is very private with no-one able to overlook it ? ideal for topless sunbathing! The pool is adjacent to an ornamental pond with fish (fenced for safety) and there is a really useful outside shower, too, ideal when you just get back from the beach,. Also at the rear of the villa you will find a vine covered dining area. From the roof terrace there are uninterrupted views over the sea.
There is a further raised terrace at the front of the villa with a BBQ. Here there are armchairs and a sofa, along with a second ?drinks? fridge for comfortable outdoor living, and a dining area with an umbrella over the table.
The villa has a music centre but no television, for those of you who would like a peaceful break away from normal life. Plenty of CDs, Books and Games are supplied for your use. We can arrange TV/DVD hire if required.
Although set in a peaceful spot you are only three minutes walk from Binibeca beach. There are several children?s play areas in the Binibeca area, most of which are in easy reach of the villa on foot.
Also within easy walking distance are the Restaurants and shops and Binibeca Vell, (built in the style of a Menorcan fishing village) that make this such a popular area. At the bottom of the steps leading towards the beach you can catch the road train which runs all day and into the night and will take you all the way to Punta Prima or Binibeca Vell. For a very special treat and fresh fish to die for take the train to the restaurant "En Caragol".
There are several Restaurants at Cala Torret that look out across the water and these are also only about ten minutes walk, and for the more adventurous there is the Diving school. There is also a new Zoo, recently opened about 20-25 minutes drive away.
Menorca has a wealth of interesting things to see and do, but if you just want to chill out and relax there are few places better situated. You could spend your whole stay at Villa Paraiso knowing that everything you could possibly need is only a short walk or train ride away.

Area Description
Menorca
Menorca is considered by many to be one of the few remaining, authentic and accessible paradises left in the Mediterranean. The island ranges from rolling farmland to magnificent cliffs and exquisite golden sands.
It is a small island (about 50 by 20 kilometres) which allows for easy exploration on relatively traffic free roads. The Island also offers a host of Bronze Age structures providing a glimpse of its ancient history. In this respect, Menorca has been compared to an open air museum with entrance to these structures usually being free and uncontrolled. In 1993 the Island was declared a Biosphere reserve by UNESCO.
Mahon is the capital of the Island and is found in the east. It boasts one of the largest natural harbours in the world. Menorca is famous for good quality leather-ware and hosts a trade market each year to promote its pretty but inexpensive jewellery.
The original and ancient capital was Ciutadella in the west. While under British rule Mahon was declared the capital based on it having a larger and more suitable harbour. An evening in Ciutadella should include a visit to one of the open air markets and a stroll round the harbour where you can choose to dine at one of the many restaurants lining the quay-side.
Fornells is a famous and picturesque fishing village on the north of the Island. Here you will find one of the largest water sports schools in the Balearic Islands where you can learn the basics or improve your technique to RYA standards.
There are Water Parks (in the West) an 18 hole Golf Course (in the North), a zoo, museums, several diving schools, Monte Toro (in the middle) with it?s spectacular panoramic views, The famous Trotting races, several Equestrian Centres, and the S?Albufera Nature Reserve. During the season Fiestas take place in one village or another and some hotels host evening entertainments that are open to everyone.
In all, Menorca is a beautiful and largely unspoiled island which has now been declared a "biosphere". You will enjoy your holiday in Menorca no matter what your interests are since it offers something for everyone.
