Property Description
Stunning villa, recently modernised, set in a quiet residential area and walking to local amenities and beaches. Set in private mature gardens the villa has a private pool and terraces ideal for al fresco dining and sunbathing. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on the ground floor and a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on the upper floor with sea views and terraces. The villa is set on the edge of Portals Nous village which has a supermarket, banks, hairdressers and a number of bars and restaurants and the exclusive port of Puerto Portals Marina and sandy beach are a 5 mins drive away.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Bedroom 4 with twin bed.
Bathrooms: Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom. Separate guest toilet.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Utility Room: The utility room has a washer and dryer iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The open plan lounge/dining room has plasma TV, DVD and Sky TV. It has plenty of seating and the dining table that seats 8.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned on departure and a bedlinen and towel change once a week. Additional cleaning is available at 15 euros per hour.

Area Description
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches all within a short distance of the villa. The small beach at Bendinat is a short walk (5 minutes) and Portals beach about 8 minutes. Further afield you have the large beaches of Palma Nova and Magaluf (which both have all amenities) and can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses, all within 15 minutes of the villa including Real Golf Bendinat, Camp de Mar, Andratx, Son Vida and Magaluf.
Travel
Palma San Joan Airport is 20 minutes drive from the the villa by the main motorway.
Car hire is not really essential near the villa as most amenities are within walking distance.
