Property Description

Villa Bonaire is in a quiet area within walking distance of Mal Pas beach, the Cocodrilo marina and Victoria peninsular. Short drive to the old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, and to the large sandy beaches of Pto Pollensa and Alcudia. Sleeps 6 persons, it has 2 large double bedrooms with King size beds, 1 twin Bedroom ( adult size single beds) and 2 bathrooms and a guest wash room.

The open plan lounge - dining room has 3 sets of french doors leading out onto the garden and the pool.

There is a separate TV room with computer and broadband internet connection, with a wireless connection should you prefer to use your own lap top.

5 large terraces lead out from the main rooms 2 onto the gardens and the pool, 3 are upstairs with views of the bay and the mountains. The best being the roof terrace where you can have diner or just relax.

The kitchen leads off from the lounge and opens onto the back garden and terrace. All the rooms are light and airy and the villa is steam cleaned regularly.

The master bedroom has air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This modern villa offers an exceptionally fine level of comfort, with each room opening onto a balcony or terrace. From the upstairs terraces you have fabulous views across the bay of Pollensa, looking toward Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains beyond, or the pine forests of Victoria.

The villa also has the advantage of being within a 10 minute drive of the Golf course in Alcanada, the port of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Alcudia, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vincent and the inland towns of Sa pobla and Muro.

Take a stroll down to the Crocodilo Marina and enjoy excellent fresh fish in the Restaurant there, Manolo and Antonia will be happy to see you.

This special little corner of Mallorca is away from the tourists and difficult to leave. The large swimming pool and well kept gardens are private and peaceful, with many little corners to enjoy a good book or your own company. The roof terrace is always a favourite with guests for the panoramic views and magnificent sunsets.

One gentle word of warning, Mallorca or Majorca however you wish to spell it will find a place in your heart after your time here. You WILL come back!

The elite families of Mallorca and Barcelona have owned holiday homes here for generations.

The Pine Forests are unspoiled and walkers will find the views of Pto Pollensa, Formentor Hotel and bay and Alcudia bay from the top of Victoria breathtaking.

At this point both the bay of Pollensa and the bay of Alcudia can be seen and on a clear day the island of Menorca.

It is also an excellent place for scuba diving because of the Crystal clear waters.
