This lovely typical Stone Mallorquin villa is situated in the tranquil Valley of Colonya a mere 3 kilometers for the old town of Pollensa, supermarkets bars and restaurants. The villa was designed by a famous American Sculptor artist. The villa is set in a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere boasting of gorgeous views of the Sierra Tramuntana Mountains and country side. Top floor:Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower) chimney and private balcony, another double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Area Description

Cala San Vicente, which is situated within the municipality of Pollensa on Mallorca´s northern coast, is a small tourist resort made up mainly of small summer homes. There are also hotels and apartments here, which, together with a few holiday homes, comprise the range of tourist accommodation in this peaceful location. There are some restaurants but not many shops. Beaches are one of the main attractions in Cala San Vicente.
