Property Description

An exceptional sumptuous two storey country house affords a super rural location, mid- way between old town Pollensa and the superb beaches of Puerto Pollensa. 2 steps up lead you to the pretty vine covered porch.

Antique front doors open into a grand entry hall with its antique furniture. To the left of the hall is a twin bedroom with its low sloping beams, fitted wardrobes and modern en suite shower room with walk-in shower recess. To the right of the grand hall is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The beautiful pool with its Jacuzzi located at the back of the Villa is surrounded by both extensive lawns and patio, with lovely views to the mountains beyond also, semi-secluded, due to the established trees and palms with the villas well kept grounds which includes a large fish pond located to the side of the Villa.

Adjacent to the terrace and pool is the super coveredbuilt- in BBQ with further seating, ideal for al fresco dining.
To the left of the dining room is the spacious fully fitted country style kitchen with its wall oven, breakfast table and chairs, and moveable centre Island working bench. Door leads off the Kitchen into a separate utility room which houses a second fridge. Further door leads directly out to the large covered terrace and pool. To the right of the dining room a step down leads you on your left, to a shower room with step-in shower recess, to your right , a spacious and comfortable lounge room with its fabulous tan leather sofas, nicely decorated in classic theme.
Stairs lead up from the grand hall to a small landing. Step up on your right takes you into a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading onto a balcony, adjacent to this room is a large complete bathroom with shower over the bath, and ? his N hers? hand wash bowls decorated in delightful pink and beige colour scheme. Further step up from the landing takes you to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with its complete en suite bathroom with shower over the bath decorated in delightful lilac and white tiles. A short corridor leads you to twin bedroom and fitted wardrobes with its en suite shower room with step- in shower recess nicely decorated in ice blue tones.

Adjacent to the main villa is the exterior Casita which houses the indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, small gym,sauna together with a toilet shower room. You enter into the casita which firstly has the gym/sauna zone, you then enter into the heated pool area which has large glass sliding doors with direct access to the exterior onto a patio with table and chairs, adjacent to the indoor pool is a separate toilet shower room. The Paddle pop court is accessed from the terrace to the right of the Casita both the casita and paddle pop court can also be easily accessed from the main villa as its main terrace links up to the terrace of the Casita.

MAID SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION
A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 Euros per hour.
We supply all the towels for use in the villa, a beach towel each and a hairdrier at no additional cost.
Please ensure that on vacating the property, that it is left clean and tidy and all personal belongings, and refuse/rubbish are removed.
