Casa Margarita is built on three levels in an elevated position on the Costa de Canyamel on the north east of the island and overlooking the bay only minutes from the beach and golf courses. An excellent location for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
There are 6 large bedrooms (3 double and 3 twin) - the majority of which have a terrace overlooking the sea.There are 4 bath or shower rooms with 3 en-suite. A large sitting room with Sat. TV, DVD player, VCR and I-pod dock. 2 kitchen areas and dining room with bar at pool level. Outside a private swimming pool with terrace and a covered dining area with built in barbecue and fridge. Outdoor shower.

Area Description
The NE of Mallorca is one of the most unspoilt areas of the island. Prices have kept at a 'sensible' level. There is much to do especially for sports enthusiasts with four good golf courses to chose from within a 10 min drive. All watersports within minutes and hang-gliding, hiking etc. in the national park area a short drive away. Lots of nightlife, good shopping and ferry port to Menorca in Cala Rajada a 15 minute drive. The villages of Arta and Capdepera offer castle ruins, cathederals and boutique shopping. The entrance to the famous Caves of Arta can be seen from the house on the otherside of the bay.
The capital Palma is just 50 minutes on excellent roads.
