Property Description

he villa has its own private plunge pool, a lovely garden at the rear of the villa and several terraces to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine. There is a BBQ area around the pool perfect for Al fresco dining. There are lovely views of the local beaches and Royal Bendinat Golf Course. Positioned in a quiet residential neighbourhood yet the villa is only 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes drive from Palma and walking distance to the best beaches in the SW.

The villa is suitable for year round rentals complete with heating and A/C. The villa comes with a property manager ready to help you with anything you may need during your stay. We can help you with car and boat hire, baby sitting services and advise and recommendations on the area.

Suitable garden for children to play in, comfortable out-door furniture to sit on including sofas, armchairs and sun-beds. The plunge pool is for private use.

Area Description

Coast/Beach
Illetas beach, Contessa and The Anchorage Beach are beautiful secluded coves all within 10 minutes walk from the villa. The beaches of Puerto Portals and Palma Nova are just five minutes drive away.

Golf
The villa is located next to the prestigious Royal Bendinat Golf Course. The course is 18-hole complete with driving range. The Son Vida and Santa Ponsa golf courses (3) are also just a few minutes drive away.

Travel
Palma Airport is only a 20 minute drive away and the ferry port for inter-island travel or to Barcelona is only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
