Property Description

Villa Luna is set back from the road that leads from Pollensa old town to Alcudia and its stunning beaches, in a tranquil rural countryside location.

Iron gates open into the villas grounds. A large welcoming L.shaped covered terrace welcomes you. To the left of the corridor leads to a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and to the right of the kitchen is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and its stylish new en suite shower room with walk- in shower recess.
The delightful pool with its spacious lawn area on two sides and terrace the other has a full hedge surrounding this area, allowing a semi-secluded atmosphere. The super covered purposely built-in BBQ with its table and chairs is both adjacent to the pool and the large covered terrace again with further patio furniture. A perfect spot to cool off after a day in the Mediterranean heat or enjoy your meal served directly from the BBQ adjacent, in the pleasant surrounds of the gardens and pool.
