Property Description

The fabulous beaches are only a few kilometers away, and not only are they the perfect spot to lie down and relax, but also to practice some sports such as water skiing and diving. Sports lovers can also go trekking, cycling or even horseback riding in the surroundings.

The beautiful village of San Miguel is also nearby, and it offers lots of public services: supermarkets, shops and a medical center, among other things

During the summer and only on Thursday evenings, guests can enjoy the traditional dancing display and the artisans? market.

The farmhouse?s garden affords a barbeque area and a beautiful and large swimming pool. Parking space also available.


Interiors

This luxury farmhouse in Ibiza has 400sqm and it has recently been restored. The house features two sitting areas with fireplace, television and music sound system. There is also a lovely dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room.

The thick walls help keep a nice temperature; however, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
