You have all you could want on site though. The villa is situated within the Calo d´en Rel complex where unique architecture and extensive gardens are in complete harmony with the island´s natural beauty.

The villa is arranged around a central patio and is completely private being surrounded by a stone wall. It´s grounds are extensive covering approximately 2000sqm and consist of a rocky natural garden with sabine trees and a Balinese wood chill-out hut, and the stunning main terrace with its central pool, sun loungers, day beds, dining area and poolside bar and barbecue.. The views are panoramic with the sparkling blue sea stretching out before your eyes and the islands of Espartar and Bledas in sight too.


Interior

The house was completely renovated in 2009 with all the latest luxury facilities and in a chic, minimalist style.

There is a beautiful open-plan room consisting of an elegant living area with plasma screen television and DVD player, dining table for 8 and the sleek contemporary kitchen equipped with everything you could hope for including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, double oven, hobs etc. Sliding doors open to the central patio and another option for outdoor dining.

In the main house there are 2 master bedrooms, very luxurious rooms with king-size beds, fireplace, dressing rooms, large bathrooms and external showers. The other 2 bedrooms are twins also with en suite bathrooms.

There is one more bedroom, completely separate from the main house. It is just as splendid as the others, particularly large and with a double bed, complete bathroom with shower, dressing room and a separate WC. It also has its own private terrace and so would be ideal for a couple travelling with the group but who would appreciate a little extra independence.

Additional facilities are Wireless internet, parking and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
