Fall & Winter Specials for Cozy beach house located on Isle of Palms, in Charleston, SC. It is approx. 3 minute walk to one of the southern states most beautiful beaches. It is close to the Marina on 41st Ave., where boating, kayaking, jet-skiing, para-sailing & fishing licenses can be obtained. Home has recently been redecorated and the bedrooms are as follows: Master bedroom has a King bed w/very comfortable mattress. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds w/pillowtop mattresses. Sunroom has 2 twin beds (each has a twin trundle under them)for a total of 4 twins + new baby crib and 2 pack-n-plays. The home can sleep 8-10 comfortably. The new kitchen table seats 10, 4 more seats at kitchen island and 2 high chairs. Garden lovers will appreciate the lush tropical landscaping. The garage has been converted into a game room w/pool table, couch, tv, table & games. Close to nice park (at 28th Ave.) No need to bring beach towels or toys as home has both
