This modestly priced, one floor cottage has all the comforts of home, is well equipped, close to the bike path, and a short distance to golf, fishing, and the ocean beach.

It has 3 generous sized bedrooms and 3 full baths.

There are vacation attractions nearby as well as quiet, private beaches.

The visitors who love it here in the Outer Banks are die hard fans of it's natural beauty and uniqueness and keep coming back, year after year. Once you have vacationed here you will be hooked also.

The rental price is all-inclusive and includes a departure clean, bed linens, and wireless internet. Returnable Security Deposit of $250 required.

Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

One half of the rental price will secure the reservation. The balance due and the security deposit will be due 45 days prior to the rental date.

Price posted is an all-inclusive price with the exception of the returnable security deposit.

The cottage is within 25 miles of 30 sightseeing attractions - Roanoke Island Festival Park, The Lost Colony, Elizabethan Gardens, Elizabeth II Historical Sight, Fort Raleigh, Wright Brothers National Monument, Jockey's Ridge State Park, North Carolina Aquarium, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Currituck Lighthouse, Corolla Wild Horses, The Monument to a Century of Flight, Duck Pier Fiels Research Facility, Center for Wildlife Education, and The Whalehead Club. It is also only a short distance to local golf courses and fishing from the surf or that deep sea fishing trip or other water sports.
