This modestly priced, one floor cottage has all the comforts of home, is well equipped, close to the bike path, and a short distance to golf, fishing, and the ocean beach.

It has 3 generous sized bedrooms and 3 full baths.

There are vacation attractions nearby as well as quiet, private beaches.

The visitors who love it here in the Outer Banks are die hard fans of it's natural beauty and uniqueness and keep coming back, year after year. Once you have vacationed here you will be hooked also.

The rental price is all-inclusive and includes a departure clean, bed linens, and wireless internet. Returnable Security Deposit of $250 required.

Living Area

Newly renovated and refurnished, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a large family room with large screen TV, VCR, DVD, video and book library, stereo, as well as puzzles and games, for those times when you are not sightseeing or lounging at the beach on the beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided at the cottage.

Kitchen Facilities

The cottage has a fully functional kitchen with lots of extras. There is an asparagus steamer, rice steamer, Foreman Grill, coffee grinder, as well as the usual toaster, blender, coffee maker, mixer, microwave, and reverse osmosis water filter.

Outside

The cottage is on a one half acre landscaped lot with a sun deck in back and a porch in front. Both are equipped with furniture. There is an outside H/C shower and a gas grill available. It is just a short walk to the private and pristine ocean beach as well as the bike path. There are just a few steps to the main floor so it is ideal for children or folks who don't want to climb those steps.
