Property Description

The Villa is 15 minutes from DisneyWorld, and provides excellent access to other attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

The Villa boasts a South facing garden with pool, overlooking a small lake.The private screened 28ft swimming pool has a safety fence to protect small children.The pool can be heated if required [extra charge].

This executive air conditioned 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for two families. Beautifully decorated with bright and spacious living areas.

The Master Bedroom, with views of the pool and lake, has a large walk in closet and well appointed en-suite bathroom with WC, twin wash basins, luxury oval bath and separate walk in shower.

A further bathroom is situated conveniently for the other bedrooms and comprises bath with shower, wash basin, vanity unit and WC. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The open plan kitchen / nook has patio doors leading to the pool, with views of the lake.

It is fully equipped with Whirlpool appliances, including a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and cooking / serving utensils.

The villa also offers a utility room complete with large washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Smokers: under Florida law this is classified as a public area and, as such, smoking is not permitted.

Pets: sorry, not allowed !

Area Description

The I4 is approximately 10 minutes away, providing easy access to Daytona to the East and Tampa/Gulf Coast to the West. Close to Falcon's Fire, Kissimmee Oaks, Poinciana and Celebration golf courses.

Directions from Orlando International Airport

Follow signs for SOUTH EXIT (also signposted Disney / Kissimmee / Toll417)

After a mile or so the road splits, stay on left (do NOT follow sign marked Heinzleamam Blvd). Follow road for 4 miles then turn right onto Toll 417 South

After 1.5 miles you will come to the first Toll Plaza - $1. A further 7 miles will bring you to the second (and final) Toll Plaza - $1

Stay on 417 for another mile, then exit at Junction 6, International Drive to 535/536 I4 East.

Cross over International Drive, towards I4.

At next lights take 535 South (left turn).

Follow for 1.5 miles then turn right into Poinciana Blvd. Keep on this road, going straight across the 192 traffic lights after 1 mile. In another 3 miles or so you will past Eagle Pointe on your left immediately followed by Liberty Village.

Turn left into Liberty Village. Go straight across roundabout after 200 yds until road ends at T-junction.

Turn left into Liberty Hall Drive and follow to end (300 yds) then turn right into Philadelphia Circle.

Our villa is 200 yds down on right hand side.
