Property Description

Located on the US27, Clermont, Glenbrook Boulevard - Our's is a corner plot, great for the family, this fabulous luxurious executive villa is just 15 minutes from Disney Gates all other Orlando Attractions in close proximity plus approx. one hour's drive to Kennedy Space Centre and to the West Coast. Also within 30 minutes drive many good golf courses with excellent rates. The 2200 sq.ft. of living space is luxuriously furnished and has excellent kitchen facilities. This SOUTH facing pool and hot tub has a well furnished large spacious deck area with 6 sunbeds, table/umbrella & four chairs ideal for the 'Winter Sun Worshipper'. Situated close to shops and restaurants for those who wish to dine in or out.

Notes:
TV in all bedrooms & games available in one of the single bedrooms. At the Clubhouse there is a very large outdoor swimming pool, small gym, games room + tennis & volley ball courts; rackets can be used from the Clubhouse. Also there is a pc with internet connection plus a library of DVD'S which can be used/hired by all guest staying on Glenbrook.

What are the Advantages of Renting Directly?: Booking my villa can be cheaper than a hotel and almost always cheaper than booking through a Travel Agent. Advantages over a hotel are that you have your own south facing swimming pool, lounge, kitchen & bedrooms to use as you wish with all linens provided.

If I need help or assistance?: We have an excellent Management Company on call in case of emergencies. All you need to do is to bring yourself, your clothes and enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Do I need a Car?: It is possible to manage without one but you will have to organize local taxis, also Main gate Transportation run an Attraction & Shopping Mall Shuttle Service (Reservation Only - tel: 407 390 0000). The staff at the Clubhouse are very helpful and friendly should you need assistance in getting/finding your way round the area. If you love golf, our villa is situated within 30 minutes drive to many courses, e.g. all Disney courses, Orange County, Stoneybrook West, Sanctuary Ridge, Palisades, Swiss Fairways, Legends, Kings Ridge and Green Valley + many, more!!

Other Activities: Hot-Air Ballon Rides. Lake Louisa State Park

Area Description

Situated on the doorstep of Disney World there are other Orlando Attractions: Sea World (2 parks), Universal Studios (2 parks), Gator Land plus many more within easy reach e.g. Kennedy Space Centre, Discovery Cove where the 'kids' can swim with the dolphins and Busch Gardens. If you like shopping the villa is about 25 minutes from Downtown Disney, Florida Mall , Premium Outlet & Prime1 are a little further away. Glenbrook has 266 villas, very clean, safe and well looked after community and as you enter Glenbrook there is a Walgreens & CVS Pharmacies, a Walk-In Medical Centre. A very good a supermarket called Sweat Bay & an excellent Chinese Take-Away. There is also a Post Office and the Santa Fe Cattle Market Restaurant plus other shops. About 1 mile South there is a Walmart which sells everything and now open about 1 mile to the North a Publix Supermarket. As for restaurants there are several within a mile, MacDonalds, Chilli?s and a little further a-field, on the 192 after you have passed through Disney on the way to the villa there is a Red Lobster, Outback, LongHorns Steak House, Applebys, Millers Ale House, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden and several Indian & Chinese restaurants - plenty to choose from all offering excellent value. Glenbrook has its own Clubhouse which is in walking distance from our place (about 3 minutes). It has its own small gym, games room and very large outdoor community pool & tennis & volley ball courts and just newly added in 2009 a childrens play area. If someone in your party did not want to lay by the pool, and can?t drive, then it is possible to book at the Clubhouse to go to Theme Parks & Shopping Malls, cost approx. $10.00 per trip/per person.
