This beautiful Highlands Home is situated in a private estate in a quiet road with magnificent views of the 10 mile range and less than 10 minutes drive from the Gondola and the centre of Breckenridge town. Aspen Lodge can be rented either fully staffed or as home only. This is a suburb family home with an enormous amount of space and is surrounded by an acre of its own grounds. Besides having a grand Master stateroom it also as the added benefit of having a separate self-contained mini master suite above the garage. The property comfortably sleeps 10/14 and additional children maybe accommodated upon special request. The property consists of a great room with wooden polished floors and a fireplace. There is a large wooden terrace facing west of the mountains, there is also an open plan kitchen and a study/library with PC and Internet access. The spacious dining area can seat 10 in comfort and there is also a 2 car garage. Below stairs there is a spacious family room.

Living Area

Aspen Lodge can be rented either fully staffed or on a Home only basis. We welcome children and can provide a baby sitting service by a qualified nanny at an extra cost. The same applies should you require a qualified chef. We are extremely flexible and accommodating and look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful Breckenridge home where you your family and friends are guaranteed of a warm welcome and a truly magnificent vacation.

ASPEN LODGE as a living space of 3,700 sq. ft. and is situated in Breckenridge a 148-year-old attractive Victorian town in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The Breckenridge Ski Resort is spread out on the spine of the Ten Mile Range which stretches from Hoosier pass to Frisco with 10 miles of beautiful snow capped peaks. The Breckenridge ski area has a high mountain base at 9600 feet and enjoys over 250 inches of snow every winter. There are four main skiing areas covering a range of 2200 acres. The house is situated conveniently near to all amenities including the Breckenridge Recreation Centre. A paradise for children and adults alike.
