One large master suite with fabulous huge master bath. Five other bedrooms are medium sized and each has their own full bath, and private deck. Three of the rooms have CA King beds, and 3 of them have Queen beds. There is a loft that can function as an area for sleeping. There is a queen bed available for this loft.

Sorry no large parties or events allowed.: PLEASE NOTE: Although the home has a rich history of being used for events and parties, due to neighborhood considerations, at this time it is primarily for use as a vacation or executive rental, and NO LARGE EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Rare exceptions may be made for extremely well organized and well funded events, but generally, the property is now reserved for small gatherings of approved guests, generally 12 maximum or less, with no more than 5 vehicles allowed at the property. It is perfect for families, with or without kids, as well as friends, co-workers, girls' getaways,.... but, NOT large parties, no bachelor parties, no raves, no loud music all night...in general it's because the home is on a small lane, with limited parking, and limited room to turnaround.

Also, we have very high standards for CLEANLINESS, and have found that large parties make the home a mess, so that's another big reason. Thanks for understanding that this a fantastic home, without large parties.

The house has a distinctive modern look and it's often chosen by photographers to use as a filming location for many photo shoots, TV shows, celebrity photography, movies, webisodes, TV commercials, and magazines.

2011 Update!: As of 2011 the house is in better shape than it's ever been. We have raised up the level of attention to detail. It's been 6 years since starting a massive remodeling project that continues to evolve. This year sees a dramatic improvement in the overall condition. There is new furniture including chaise lounges and tables outdoors, new indoor sectionals and chairs, design accessories, fine bedding, new landscaping, etc.

When you arrive, the maids will have just completed a deep cleaning of the entire place. Your bed will have fine bedding with crisp, high thread count sheets. Your bathroom (there are 7) you will have multiple clean towels, and accessories in stock. The kitchens will be immaculate with all kitchen items. If you need anything, just ask and we will try to provide it.

The internet works perfectly after having been upgraded with boosters and additional bandwidth.

There are 5 TVs total, with 3 Hi Def TVs are mounted on 3 of the walls.

Area Description

The property is located high in the hills off of Mulholland Drive in the Beverly Hills Post Office Area. It is right in the center of everything in LA, from Beverly Hills to Hollywood to Downtown LA to the beach to the valley.

It is on a very quiet, private lane off of Mulholland. Only 6 neighbors live on the lane, who have all lived there for decades. Two of them are well known rock stars, and one of the most famous and successful directors in Hollywood lives next door. It is a wonderful enchanting small lane tucked away off of Mulholland Drive, so that you don't feel like you are in a busy city, yet you are in the middle of all of LA.
