Property Description

Villa Crisanaud is a large, fully airconditioned 3 bedroom villa, set on a small friendly complex of 24 villas with large swimming pool on site. (summer only)

It has a large roof terrace overlooking the swimming pool where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a hard day in the sun.
On the terrace you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board
The first floor of the villa has two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with its own private terrace. All the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables.
The ground floor has an open plan layout which lends a light and airy feel, with patio doors leading onto another small terrace.
The lounge area has 2 large setees and 2 comfortable armchairs, a TV, DVD player, a large selection of films and cd's, some board games, cards and books.
The kitchen comes fully fitted with all appliances that you would expect in a comfortable home. There is a dining table which seats four and on the patio a further table and chairs.
Villa Crisanaud is fully airconditioned for your comfort in the long hot summers, but also caters for early and late season holidays with heating and extra blankets and duvets available.

Area Description

Belek is, close to a number of interesting sites and there are several exciting activities on offer for those who can bear to tear themselves away.
The ruins of the Roman town of Perge is an interesting excursion, as is the well-preserved ancient amphitheatre at Aspendos; its acoustics have stood the test of time and it still plays host to the occasional concert.
Jeep safaris into the mountains are another popular outing, as are boat trips, watersports, and visits to nearby Manavgat waterfalls and the thermal baths at Pamukkale.
Scuba diving, white water rafting, horse riding and more are also on offer.
The town of Belek itself is compact and has a small shopping centre, some souvenir shops and some cafes.
Kadriye has more to offer in the way of street markets and nightlife, but day trips to busier towns such as Alanya or Antalya are also available.
Belek is the perfect resort for golfers and those seeking lazy days lounging on a beach or by a swimming pool.

Shopping: The town has some lively street markets that are the perfect place to sample freshly cooked food and do a spot of gift shopping. There is also a huge bazaar every Saturday in Belek and every Tuesday in Kadriye where shoppers can haggle to their heart's content. Holiday makers can head to the old town of Antalya for more extensive shopping.
