Royal Blue Apartments
This is one of four properties that we are offering for holiday rental on the Royal Blue complex. Newly built (2006) to the highest standards they are situated between Gümüslük and Yalikavak on the sun-drenched and beautiful Bodrum Peninsula on the Aegean Coast of Turkey. With only 18 luxury apartments on the complex you will always be able to enjoy the facilities without being in a crowd.

The 2 bedroom penthouse apartments (each sleeping up to 6) are ideal for a single family. We have also have 4 bedroom duplex apartments sleeping up to 11 so there is something to suit every party size.

Spacious and airy they have been luxuriously furnished and equipped, with attention given to every detail, to offer the highest standard of accommodation. There is air conditioning in every room but as there is a cooling sea breeze they will not be needed except on the hottest of hot days.

Bath towels and bed linen are, of course, included and the apartments are serviced weekly (or more often by arrangement).

Each floor has its own west facing balcony with a built in BBQ and outside dining area giving fantastic sea views and spectacular sunsets.

Early, late and long stay discounts are available and discounts are also given if more than one apartment is booked at the same time.

They are available to rent all year round.

Communal Swimming Pool 120m²

The Penthouses are stunning in every way, spacious and airy, they are 62.90m² plus a balcony and roof terrace. Furnished in a modern Turkish style with ceramic floor tiles and air conditioning throughout.

A car parking area is provided outside the apartments. There is also outside lighting and a 24 hours security guard who lives on site. There is a communal swimming pool and kiddies splash pool on the complex.

The apartment is reached via a short flight of stairs. Inside the front door there are stairs leading up to to the roof terrace and a hallway leading to the open plan living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy a home cooked meal using fresh ingredients from one of the markets. Complete with marble worktops and high and low units, a full sized gas cooker with electric oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is an extendable dining table and chairs in the kitchen and a set of chairs and a large table on the balcony to give you a choice of dining areas.

The lounge area is furnished with a comfy faux leather suite, including one double sofa bed, coffee tables, DVD player, television and satellite box and has traditional turkish curtains, rugs and cushions. There are a selection of board games, puzzles and books available for your use.

Two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto a west facing balcony with sunning views over the sea and surrounding countryside. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs and comes complete with a built in BBQ.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables and side lights, a triple wardrobe, a chest of drawers and air conditioning. Rugs and cushions finish the luxurious feel.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table and reading lamp, a double wardrobe and a Turkish bedside rug.

The fully tiled bathroom has a enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a plumbed in automatic washing machine. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly but please provide your own beach towels.

The roof terrace has sun loungers and a pergola to provide shade and is very private for sunbathing. The views from here have to be seen to be believed.

This is a non-smoking apartment and smokers are requested to only smoke outside.
