Property Description

"La Casita" is located at the edge of the hamlet of La Muela, it is a stand alone 1 bedroom house with parking next to and the added quirky features of a communal bread oven next to it a fresh water spring within a 2 minute walk.
The house is great for a getaway from it all holiday as the hamlet is quiet and peaceful.
"La Casita" has a cosy living room with a great added bonus of a lovely log burner for autumn and winter bookings.
There is a dining table for 2 and basic sky television, similar to free to view in the UK.
The kitchen has a gas hob and the water is on demand as it gas heated as well.
The upstairs bedroom is twin bedded and next door is a lovely bathroom with shower and the added bonus of a washing macine, great for allowing you to keep your luggage weights down !!
There is plenty of space for outdoor living and you can chase the sun or shade by moving around the outdoor space surrounding the majority of this detached house.
The amazing views from simply walking a few feet to the edge of the hamlet are the breathtaking and you can see in full glory the wonderful lake vinuela and upto the incredible village of Comares, built on a rock and one of the last Moorish strongholds.

Area Description

La Muela itself is an amazing unspoilt hamlet achieved by keeping traditions alive by allowing traders to bring their goods to the door of the residents.
Hence bread, fish, fruit & veg and a mobile shop all come to you.
This allows for ultimate tranquillity except when the fish man tells you he is here !! For tell read Shout !!
The added bonus is that pretty village of Periana, which has a great summer communal pool, is a only a few minutes away in the car and everything you would need via shops, bars and restaurants are on tap, but it is great to return home to relaxed surroundings of La Muela, if needed Taxis can be booked easy enough.
It is very easy from this location to explore the wonders of this naturally beautiful area and all the "blanco" villages can be driven around and lakes and coasts explored, many reachable within 20-30 minutes and most activities no longer than 45 minutes.
"La Casita " does though have a strong focus on the walkers and people who would love a break for the frantic lifestyle of normal living.
Airport Taxi's can be arranged for walkers, but if you wish to explore further then car hire companies can be recommended.
