Villa Josephine is a very nicely furnished, 3 bedroom villa with private parking within the gates for 3 cars.

There is a large private garden at the rear of the villa ....ideal for families with young children. There is a nice private swimming pool area that is accessed directly from the villa via large patio doors. Just off the pool area you will also find a very large (150m2) terrace that is ideal for sunbathing or having guests for BBQs.

There are 3 double bedrooms...all with double beds. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need on your holiday. The house is fully air-conditioned and has SKY TV (freeview...BBC1,2,3 ITV1,2,3 CH4, E4, Sky News etc). So you wont miss Corrie, Eastenders, Stictly or X Factor.

The house is situated in Advenida De Generalife....one of the golf valleys nicest streets. You can walk to all the nice cafes, bars, and supermarkets in Aloha in just 10 mins. Puerto Banus etc is just 5 mins in the car.

You can play any of the area excellent golf courses....Aloha Golf, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos ,La Quinta or Magna Marbella. They are all withing 5 mins drive.

This is a clean,modern and convenient holiday villa for an excellent price.

Area Description

The Costa Del Sol remains one of Europes most popular destinations. The 100km coastline has some of the best Yachting marinas where there are plenty of sunny outdoor cafes and great shopping facilities and vibrant night-life after 10pm.

In the summer the beach clubs like NIkki Beach, Laguna Village and Ocean club are full with stylish holiday makers relaxing to Music from guest Djs and live bands.

For the more traditional there are great Chiringuito restaurants serving tapas, paella and great seafood at very affordable prices. We recommend Plaza beach, Heaven Beach and Bora Bora for the best food and entertainment......all are within a 10 minute drive of los Arqueros.

Puerto Banus and Marbella old town have great restaurants for fine dining and we recommend that you visit the beautiful little gastronomic town of Benahavis at least once.

There is much more to Marbella than beaches....If you get out and look for it you can find traditional Andalucia is not far away.

Aloha is situated in Nueva Andalucias " Golf Valley", the area directly behind Puerto Banus that incorporates Aloha Golf, Las Brisas Golf, and Los Naranjos Golf. The area is very popular with European tourists and has many nice bars and restaurants, as well as being 5 mins drive from Banus and Marbella.

Aloha has upmarket bars and restaurants, Puerto Banus has a more lively Atmosphere with lots of night clubs and piano Bars that are open to the early hours.
