Property Description
Welcome to 'Villa Barranco' which is ideally situated within walking distance of all amenities. Fuengirola is 3 minutes away and the picture village of Mijas 10 minutes by car.
The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with all the usual appliances. From the kitchen you enter a light and airy living/dining room with two sofas (one a sofa-bed), the dining table seats six.
Directly from the living room is a small balcony where you can sit and watch the sun go down. The property is south west facing and has the added advantage of all day sun.
The pool area is gated off for children's safety and can be illuminated for evening entertainment. To make a more enjoyable stay there is also a BBQ and bar.

Area Description
The nearest airport is Malaga, 20kms away. Car hire is not essential as there are shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Although, if you want to make the most of your stay, there are many great places to visit and things to see.
There is also a local bus service and the train station in Fuengirola is also only a short walk away.Ideally situated within walking distance of all amenities.
Fuengirola is 2 minutes away by car and the picture village of Mijas 10 minutes by car. Marbella 20 minutes away by car Malaga 20 minutes away.
