Property Description

The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes with a large en-suite, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, double wardrobe and the 2nd bathroom adjoining. Lounge area has a nice sofa with chaise longe end (great for putting your feet up) rocking chair and coffee table. ALL LINEN/BEDDING PROVIDED INCLUDING TOWELS. We also try and provide throughout the summer all suntan creams, oil of all factors, aftersun, shampoo,conditioner and shower gel.

Large south facing patio which is a sun trap with garden area. Sun all day and into late evening. Sun loungers/chairs and table provided. Gated pool for residents only with the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, cooker and fridge-freezer. breakfast bar.

Sunny lounge with UK satellite TV, CD/DVD and video player. You are welcome to bring out your own CD's or DVD's - Toys for the children including colouring books, reading books and games. Childrens and adult videos(not those kind) electric skateboard and electric & manual scooters, boogie boards, lilo's and children's armbands. Parasol's to take to the beach. We do recc that a car is hired as the cost of pick up and drop off back to the airport is sometimes more than the cost of a rental car, there is so much to see and do if you wish in this unspoilt area of the Costa Del Sol which borders with the Costa Tropical.
On the complex we have 4 restaurants, coffee bars and supermarket. We are about 7 mins from Nerja by car. The promendade for Torrox beach is at the end of our road (15/20 mins walking) 2 min by car beautiful long sandy beach- full of restaurants and chiringuitos, barbecues of fresh fish/meat cooked on the beach 10 minutes to Torre de Mar by car- complete 50 MILES OF coastline in either direction of beaches, including the famous Burriana Beach with waves and the beautiful Nerja Caves which the children love, Torre de Mar has approx 3 miles of white sandy beaches, go karts pedal cycles and on the beach volleyball, bunjee ropes and pedalo's. ALTHOUGH THE LISTING FOR ACCOMODATION STATES 5 THIS IS BEST FOR A FAMILY OF 2 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN (PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST) - IF THERE IS A FIFTH PERSON THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 15 EUROS A WEEK
THE ONLY EXTRA PAYMENT REGARDLESS OF THE LENGTH / TIME/NUMBER OF PEOPLE IS THAT A CONTRIBUTION OF 40 EUROS IS ASKED TOWARDS THE CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT WHEN YOU LEAVE AND CLEAN BED LINEN SERVICE PROVIDED- all this information is available on the booking form - payment is preferably in euros via/bank transfer/paypal or sent by the Post Office

Area Description

10 mins to Torre de Mar where there is go-karting, large water oark, bowling, cinema and huge shopping mall. Organised fishing trips in Caleta 15 mins away, and also at the beautiful Lake Vinuela. scuba and all watersports in Nerja and Burriana beach. Torrox promenade with long sandy beach 2 minutes away by car. On the complex are several restaurants/bars, internet cafe, supermarket, childrens playground, tennis courts.

Visit the famous Nerja caves 10 minutes away from us, an hour away from Granada and the beautiful Alhambra Palace. Nearby are the moorish villages of Frigiliana, Torrox and Competa where you can buy beautiful handmade crafts and pots.

At the bottom of the road all the way along is coastline in either directions are chiringuitos where you can eat fresh fish/meat on the beach, so many places of interest . For the golf lovers there are currently two being built 5 mins away along with a marina, there are approx 5 golf courses within 10/15 min drive and as you head ito Marbella there are at least 30 more all within 30/40 minute drive. In the apartment there is a large folder which has all information for you to read covering all the sites/villages and places if interest for around a 50 mile radius.
