Property Description

Alberto 39 ia a two storey linked house in the earlier, Moorish Villacana style. A comfortably furnished family home it is close to the main pool area and, as with all Villacana properties, within minutes of the beach and main facilities. The layout is as follows:
On the first floor there is a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room to include wash basin and WC. This bedroom has an east facing balcony with table and chairs accessed by full length sliding doors. A baby gate is supplied for the stairs. There is good storage space and this room has aircon both hot and cold.
On the ground floor the main bedroom has a double king sized bed with dressing table. The room has direct access to the extensive rear patio. There is good storage space and there is a full bathroom en suite. This room also has aircon with a choice of hot or cold.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining facilities are in the kitchen which also gives access to the rear patio.
Patio furniture and two sunbeds are included and there is a built in barbecue and tumble dryer.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with settees and satellite TV and DVD player are provided. The sitting room has direct access to the west facing garden with lawns and hibiscus hedges.
The house is limited to an occupancy of four.
A fifth cot sized person could be accommodated.

Seasonal Pricing

Area Description

Villacana is on the beach midway between Estepona and San Pedro off the A7. Further to the east are Puerto Banus and Marbella. To the west. Gibraltar. Altogether well located for a bit of easy touristing!
Estepona and San Pedro are good sized towns with a full range of shops and restaurants. Estepona is on the beach, San Pedro just a little inland. Puerto Banus is a must for the El Corte Ingles department store for the shopping, the Port for people watching (and more shopping!) and the multi cine complex with one film in English usually showing. Marbella adds a little sophistication and the old town is quite charming. Gibraltar is a day trip and well worth a visit. Remember to take your passport!
Most water sports can be found along the Costa del Sol together with golf courses galore, horse riding, sailing and walking. Inland Spain (or "el campo") is just 30 minutes away and the drives into the mountains are well worth the effort.
