Built on a slope, our apartment is on pavement level, but overlooks the sea & harbour and is 3 floors above the garden & pools. Amenities include : 2 lifts; part time concierge; gardens; 2 pools; intercom; underground parking space to rent. The apartment was originally fitted out for my very demanding mother. Believe me - it is not like the bog-standard holiday rental. Living/dining room is about 19' x 11' and has 2 comfortable sofas; nest of tables; dining table & 4 chairs; TV/VCR/DVD & Freeview; library of 380 films; selection of books; sliding window to large TERRACE 14' x 10' with direct views over the main garden/double pool/harbour & sea. The terrace has wrought iron table, bench & 2 chairs. Kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer; electric oven & hob; washing machine & dishwasher. Lots of sparkingly clean glassware, crockery/cutlery, pots & pans, cooking utensils etc. Bedroom with a (splittable) king-size bed; wall mirror/consul/bench; double and single fitted wardrobes; sliding window to the terrace; stunning sea view; door to shower-room en suite. Large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin & bidet.

Area Description
The Port is a very popular, cosmopolitan area with a good range of restaurants, tapas, bars & shops. A delightful area to stroll around where you can look at the gorgeous yachts moored in the harbour. There is a great night-life on Friday & Saturday evenings, but it is generally not heard in the apartment. Playa Cristo is about a 5 minute walk away. It has 2 chirringuitos (thatched beach bar/restaurants) that are open a minimum of Easter to mid October and longer depending on the weather. Lovely beach cove with no stones in the sand. The old town area (founded in c.1505) is a gentle 20 minute walk along the promenade. Lots of shops/pretty streets/pavement cafes & restaurants as well as charming plazas. If you enjoy exploring, try the nearby white villages of Casares; Gaucin; Istan & Ojen. Puerto Banus/Marbella/Gibraltar are less than 45 minutes away. A bit further finds Ronda/Malaga/Tarifa/Jerez and 2 hours away are Seville/Cadiz/Cordoba & the Alhambra at Granada.
