Property Description

There is a spacious lounge with a large sofa and chairs, coffee table and occasional tables and a picture window which overlooks the front terrace. The lounge has flat screen tv, dvd player and a radio/cd/mp3 player. There is a collection of cds available as well as various games. The adjacent dining area has a glass table and 6 chairs. All rooms are thoughtfully decorated and well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and large selection of utensils, china and cookware. A door leads to the secluded breakfast patio which has a table and chairs as well as a drying area for washing. The front east facing terrace has a 6 seater stone table and chairs and views towards the famous old windmills of Vejer.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed and large built-in wardrobe and two twin bedrooms all situated on the first floor along with the family bathroom with 4 piece bathroom suite. The other bathroom is located on the ground floor. The rooftop terrace with lovely views has a large glass table, 6 chairs and umbrella for alfresco dining as well as sunbathing chairs. The spacious pool complex, exclusive to owners and guests, has both a large pool and children's pool, toilet and shower facilities as well as a terrace with fabulous views to Africa and is open from the 17 May - 31 October continuously from 1000-2000.

Vejer de la Frontera is a small, perfectly conserved, historic town surrounded by beautiful countryside. It has been granted the status of Area of Historic and Artistic Interest and has also won the Most Beautiful Towns of Spain award. The old town is a labyrinth of cobbled alleys and arches and the beautiful Moorish architecture abounds. Vejer has a number of historical monuments; a castle, ancient walls which surround the old town, a minaret of the old mosque, churches, convents and windmills.
It is the ideal place to stroll around and discover flower filled courtyards. The steep, zigzagging streets and whitewashed houses also hide internet cafes, hotels, guests houses, shops, restaurants, art galleries and side walk-cafes.
