Property Description

Entrance to Las Maravillas is through a covered porch and straight into the large very well equipped kitchen /diner. There are four spacious bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins with one of the twin bedrooms offering a sofa bed to make a triple bedroom for an extra guest. There is one fully tiled family bathroom with bath and shower and another large shower room. The living room is tastefully decorated and has French doors leading out to the pool area and a wood-burning stove for cooler months. The gardens are extremely well kept and offer a selection of plants and fruit trees. There are several terraced areas equipped with outside dining furniture for up to 10 people, barbecue and sun loungers for lazing by the pool. The pool area offers a pergola for shade during the heat of the day and the most amazing views.

Area Description

Nestled between the Andalucian sierras and the sea is Vejer de la Frontera one of the most famous of the Pueblos Blancos in Andalucia and the prettiest. Patria is a small hamlet just to the north of Vejer offering knock-out views to the Atlantic coast and the nearby coastal town of Conil.

The beaches on the Costa de la Luz are amongst the best in Europe - huge stretches of golden sand that are virtually deserted during the week. You can relax and unwind at the nearest beach of El Palmar which is a 10 minute drive. Vejer has a number of fiestas and ferias throughout the year including Semana Santa (Easter) with processions and the bull run on Easter Sunday, the Spring Feria in April, the Fiesta of San Juan in June and the August Feria which ends two weeks of music in the town with a marvellous fireworks display.
