Property Description

This modern yet rustic, air conditioned townhouse is located in the unspoilt region of Murcia, next to the Mediterranean and with nearly 300 days of sunshine each year, offering the best of south-eastern Spain. There is much to see, from the mountains and the historic city of Murcia, to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida (warm coast) and the Mar Menor. The house shares a beautiful courtyard with ornate fountain and a communal swimming pool. Secure parking is available and a number of golf courses are nearby, with Roda Golf just a few minutes walk.

Living Area

The accommodation offers on the ground floor living/dining area with shower/toilet room. On the first floor there is a master double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and leading of the landing a terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Kitchen Facilities

Well equipped kitchen including oven & hob, washing machine,microwave,toaster,sandwich maker,kettle & juice maker.

Outside

Blue flag beaches are within a couple of minutes drive, a paradise for beach lovers being renowed for crystal clear waters. Bars and restaurants are also a couple of minutes drive. Restaurantes are also a couple of minutes drive away.
