Property Description

This modern yet rustic, air conditioned townhouse is located in the unspoilt region of Murcia, next to the Mediterranean and with nearly 300 days of sunshine each year, offering the best of south-eastern Spain. There is much to see, from the mountains and the historic city of Murcia, to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida (warm coast) and the Mar Menor. The house shares a beautiful courtyard with ornate fountain and a communal swimming pool. Secure parking is available and a number of golf courses are nearby, with Roda Golf just a few minutes walk.

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

We require a 100 pounds holding/breakages deposit which is refunded after departure should there be no breakages.

There is a 58 euro cleaning charge payable on arrival.
