Property Description

This property is not directly affected by any current construction so you can relax and enjoy your time here. The lounge patio doors open up on to a private patio and garden area and this extends on to the communal gardens, play area and swimming pool. Internally there are three bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and they have been furnished with 1 double bed and four single beds. For slightly larger parties there is a double sofa bed in the lounge that can be used with a surcharge of 50 euro per week. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning and an English satellite television system. The lounge and dining area are overlooked by a fully fitted American style kitchen. The resort has several swimming pools available for use, tennis courts, football pitches, paddle tennis, squash courts and childrens play areas, supermarket, Clover Irish bar, Limonero restaurant and pro shop for the newly opened Golf Course which is the flagship course for the PolarisWorld resorts. Car hire is recommended for this property and the closest large town of Campo Sol is only 4 minutes away by car offering numerous eateries and activities. The beaches of Mazaron are just a 15 minute drive away so you can experience the best that Murcia has to offer in beaches and rural retreats.
