At the front of the villa is it?s own swimming pool, Sun Lounges, Outside Shower, covered veranda with table and chairs. At the back is a lovely terrace ideal for breakfast in the sun, fully equipped Barbecue , beer fridge, Jacuzzi, Out side dinning table and coffee table with easy chairs and couches.

This residential marina, located just over a mile away, as the crow flies, from the country town, is one of the largest, most original tourist enclaves in the Mediterranean.

Ampuriabrava was built in 1967. Its originality lies in the fact that it is structured around a grid-shaped network of navigable canals totalling twenty miles in length.

It has now become known as a town, with all the services and amenities of an international urban centre. It has its own small airport and 5,000 moorings, making Ampuriabrava the biggest residential marina in the world.

Ampuriabrava's main street is full of restaurants from around the world, cafes gift shops, etc. etc.
