Property Description

Attractive, spacious and comfortable Villa sleeps six, fitted out to a high standard at Playa Golf, Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa, South Costa Blanca. Set in a quiet area of low rise Villas and Apartments, but close to amenities and beaches.
Our Villa is set in its own gravelled landscaped garden and driveway which have lockable gates. There is also ample parking on the road infront of the property.
The main entrance off the covered front terrace leads into a Lounge / Diner. This is fully furnished and includes a pair of two seater velour sofas and a range of other furniture. There is a T.V. and a DVD player, so bring your own DVDs with you! The Dining area has a table and four chairs. Adjacent is a fully fitted and equiped Kitchen complete with oven, hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and fridge/freezer. Through an arched opening is a Bedroom with two single beds and a Shower room with W.C. and basin.
The Ground Floor is cooled/heated by an air conditioning unit.
On the first floor there are two more Bedrooms and a large Bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and sliding patio doors which open out onto a private balcony. The other Bedroom has two single beds. Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and you will also find plenty of towels (not for beach us) duvets and bed sheets. All three bedrooms are equiped with floor standing fans. The fully tiled and equiped Bathroom comes complete with a luxury power shower over the bath.
The stairs continue up to a Roof Top Solarium which is South-West facing with a sea view towards La Manga. You can relax and sunbathe in complete privacy in the sun all day and then watch the sunset. It is equiped with four comfortable garden chairs, a circular table and a parasol.
Just round the corner behind our Villa is a shared secure Swimming Pool and Childrens Pool set in its own landscaped garden. You will have a key for your own use of the pool which is also used by the immediate residents. It is clean and well maintained. More often than not, you may find you have the pool to yourselves.
A few minutes walk and you will find an Aldi Supermarket, and a good selction of shops, bars and restaurants.
A local Property Management Agent looks after our property. They will meet you when you arrive with the keys and are on hand should you need anything or have any problems or queries about the property or local area. Please note they charge a 25 euro late call out fee for arrivals between 9.00pm and 9.00am. They can also arrange the supply of electric heaters, cots, buggies and high chairs. They can arrange transfers to and from Murcia Airport if required.

Area Description

There are four superb sandy beaches within a 5 minutes drive or 25 minute walk at Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Cala Capitan and La Zenia. All beaches are linked by scenic coastal footpaths.
We are a 10 minute drive from Torrevieja, 20 minutes to Lo Pagan and Mar Menor, and 40 minutes to La Manga.
For the Golfers amongst you, there are three stunning modern Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive: Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villa Martin and further afield at La Manga.
To keep the Kids amused, there are Waterparks, Go-Karting and other amusements close by.
There are more Supermarkets, Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Cafes to choose from on the strip in Cabo Roig, close by.
It is easy to get to from the UK. Flights on all major budget airlines fly to Murcia (20 minutes drive south) or Alicante (40 minutes drive north).
Car hire is advisable but not necessary.
Cheap car hire is available from both Airports which can be pre-booked online before you go. If you don't want to hire a car everthing is within walking distance. There is a good inexpensive local bus service (bus stop by Aldi) around the local area and beaches or bus service up and down the coast road. There are also taxis.
