Property Description

Villa Hermosa, on Urbanisation Almedia is a beautiful home with private pool and several sun terraces, with spectacular mountain views and with a distant sea view. The villa overlooks orange and lemon groves bordering a country road into the nearest town, Callosa D'en Sarria.

The Villa is tastefully decorated with three bedrooms ( 2 double beds and 2 single beds), one family bathrooms, one en suite to the master.
Villa Hermosa has a large well appointed kitchen, and lounge with dining area, there is even a piano for a good old sing a long.
TV, with DVD and Video player, and games for all ages indoor and out.
Outdoor games include a Basket Ball Hoop, Table Tennis and pool table, swing ball, and hoopla.
There is roadside and garage parking.
Several stairs make it unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Urbanisation Almedia is situated half an hour inland from Benidorm, on the outskirts of small town of Callosa D'en Sarria, with it's fruit market, local bars and shops. Calpe, Moraira, Altea and Albir are within a 30/40 minutes drive.
Villa Hermosa is situated to the north of Alicante airport taking approximately 60 mins.
Valencia airport the journey time is approximately 90 mins.
The journey from both airports is mainly motorway, with the final fifteen/twenty minutes being on dual carriageway, and a country road.


Villa Hermosa is within 30 mins drive from Benidorm Albir, Altea, Moraira, and Calpe.
A short drive will take you into , Polop, and La Nucia. (Callosa is also within walking distance).
The nearest beaches are Benidorm, Altea, and Albir.
The nearest golf course can be found in Benidorm, along with local markets. Callosa boasts the home of the popular attraction of Fonts de Algar, and is within a short drive to Guadalest.
For the youngsters Terramitica theme park is 25 minutes away, with a water park again in Benidorm.
